Volcanoes Safaris has put together two special flying safaris for residents in Kampala who fancy taking a break from the hectic city lifestyle!

Both of the safari packages are full board, with flights leaving Entebbe daily courtesy of Aerolink. All activities listed on the itinerary are included in the price as well as a private vehicle and guide for the duration of the stay.

In Bwindi, the highlight is undoubtedly tracking some of the last remaining mountain gorillas. Viewing these astonishing creatures in their natural habitat is a life affirming and humbling experience! The forests also offer enchanting guided walks and opportunities to discover the traditions of the Batwa Pygmies, the indigenous people of the forests. The gorilla tracking and Batwa experience in Bwindi Lodge starts from US$2,260 per person.

In Kyambura, you have the opportunity to immerse in the noisy and exuberant world of Chimpanzees and colobus monkeys as they cavort in the trees above the forest floor. Queen Elizabeth National Park offers an intimate safari, unspoilt by mass tourism, with elephant, lion- including the unusual tree climbing lions- buffalo, leopard, hippo and great quantities of antelope. Uganda’s birdlife is rich and diverse, and is home to many species found nowhere else on the planet.

The chimpanzee and wildlife experience in Kyambura Gorge Lodge starts from US$1,500 per person.

You will be accompanied at all times by our friendly, knowledgeable guides. The Volcanoes Collection offers luxurious, stylish and comfortable lodges in truly stunning settings.
