International clients who do a safari with Volcanoes and are booked through Tour Operators or Travel Agents should check the relevant bonding arrangements made by that company for their travel. International clients who book a safari directly with Volcanoes UK Limited are fully protected for cancellation or curtailment of travel arrangements, in the event of insolvency of Volcanoes UK Limited, by Bond Plus Insurance, as required by the European Union Directive on Package Holidays. Volcanoes UK sells only ground handling services in Africa and does not sell flights to Africa nor is it bonded to do so.
