A New Baby Gorilla to the Musilikale Family

The Musilikale gorilla group in Rwanda’s Volcanoes National Park welcomed it’s new baby gorilla on September 26 to mother Isaro. This brings the family total to 25 members. The family continues to grow with its dominant silverback Musilikale. See the family during your stay at Virunga Lodge. Thank you to the Rwanda Development Board (RDB), Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund and the rangers for their continued conservation work to safeguard the mountain gorillas.
