Congratulations to our latest trainees at Kyambura Gorge Lodge

We would like to congratulate our previous Kyambura Youth Training Programme trainees Atwine Collin, Alex Byamugisha and Olivias Musiimenta on their graduation. All three impressed during their training and have subsequently been offered full-time employment with Volcanoes Safaris and Volcanoes Safaris Partnership Trust. Alex Byamugisha began the Wildlife and Guiding Programme with no experience, and having completed his training he will now join the Volcanoes Safaris Partnership Trust team at Mount Gahinga Lodge. His education will continue in the newly imagined gardens and grounds at Mount Gahinga Lodge as he becomes proficient in naming the many different species of birds in the region, many of whom are endemic. Atwine Collin and Olivias Musiimenta trained in the Service and Hospitality Programme at Volcanoes Safaris Kyambura Gorge Lodge. Atwine Collin especially enjoyed the mixology training. His favourite cocktail to make was the Volcanoes Safaris famous 'Gorillini' cocktail. The trainees graduation ceremony was hosted by the Kyambura Gorge Lodge Management Team.
