Celine Ishimwe, Volcanoes Safaris Head Botanist

Over the last year, Celine Ishimwe, Volcanoes Safaris Head Botanist, and her team of 50 gardeners planted over 250,000 indigenous seedlings at the Kibale Lodge site to create both natural, reforested areas alongside more formal gardens of paradise. Celine and Praveen Moman, Founder Volcanoes Safaris, have designed the gardens with inspiration from the Gardens of Paradise. Listen to her talk about the creation of Kibale Lodge gardens here.
