Volcanoes Safaris Partnership Trust Announces New Partnership with Denver Zoo Conservation Alliance

Volcanoes Safaris Partnership Trust is proud to announce a new partnership with Denver Zoo Conservation Alliance to support the Kyambura Lion Monitoring Project in Uganda. The Kyambura Lion Monitoring team work in collaboration with the Uganda Wildlife Authority to conduct an annual survey of African lion, leopard, and hyena in the Queen Elizabeth Conservation Area using a network of vehicles and remote camera traps. The project provides training for local Ugandans in wildlife conservation scientific monitoring techniques.
